We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Item(s) must be UNUSED, TAGS ATTACHED AND/OR IN ORIGINAL BOXES/PACKAGING, FREE FROM DIRT, HAIR, AND ANY FRAGRANCES.
Please email us info@lonesomeandthread.com with reason for returning and we will resolve the issue with store credit or an exchange! Please note, due to limited quantities with fabric and materials, not all exchanges can be made for that exact style. Further communication will take place if needed. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs on exchanges. Sale items, made-to-order, and custom based orders are final.
